The Extended VIKOR Method for Multiple Criteria Decision Making Problem Based on Neutrosophic Hesitant Fuzzy Set

Neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy set is the generalization of neutrosophic set and the hesitant
fuzzy set, and the VIKOR method is an effective decision making method which select the optimal
alternative by the maximum ‘‘group utility’’ and minimum of an ‘‘individual regret’’. In this paper, we
firstly introduced some operational laws, comparison rules and the Hamming distance measure of
neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy set, and detailedly described the decision making steps of VIKOR method.
