Holotype INDONESIA • Sumatra; R. van Donkelaar & D. Jannink 03–90 IPPS 4094 leg.; cultivated in USA, Hawaii, Oahu, Kaʻaʻawa, vouchered as ‘ T. Green 9903’; BISH1014777.
