IMPORTANCE OF AGILITY AND COORDINATION FOR SUCCESSFUL GAME ACTIVITY OF VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS AT THE STAGE OF TRAINING FOR THE HIGHEST ACHIEVEMENTS

Description

The purpose of this study is to analyze the problem of preparing volleyball players and find ways to improve the effectiveness of the training process and competitive activity through purposive development of agility and coordination.

The methodology includes analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, programmatic and normative documents.

The scientific novelty involves the justification of training means to develop agility and coordination of volleyball players in preparation for the highest achievements. It is shown that the systematic use of these means in the training process of volleyball players will contribute effective mastering of new technical and tactical methods and improve the competitive activity of athletes. The study has confirmed the necessity of selecting special exercises that have the same form and dynamic characteristics, which are similar to the competitive ones, in the process of physical preparation of volleyball players.

Conclusion. The author examines the high importance of agility and coordination for successful game activities in volleyball. Use of means to develop agility with volleyball`s technique at the stage of preparation for the highest achievements. It will promote the increase of effectiveness of competitive activity of volleyball players. The main method to develop special agility is modelling competition during training process. The conditions of adequate modelling help competitive activity of volleyball players and it is possible due to complex analysis of regularities how to construct the game of team in defense and attack. Such a method provides appropriate conditions of the theoretical part to understand the sense of competitive activity in volleyball and adequate interpretation of its results. To use the scientific knowledge of the physiological nature is the best way to improve the practice of various motion activities, taking into account the preparation of means and methods to develop agility of volleyball players.
