coreCT version 1.3.1 (release date: 2019-09-28)

Changes:

  • coreHist returns a summary of the calibration curve used to convert Hounsfield Units to densities
  • surface area calculations in rootSize corrected to avoid artificially reporting NAs
  • convDir function now sends all necessary arguments to rootSize
  • rootSize updated: surface area calculation made more efficient in use of raster::freq
