R code used in meta-analysis of debris-covered glacier melt

This is the R code used to generate the results in the paper Accuracy of Empirical Models of Debris-Covered Glacier Melt, by Winter-Billington A, Moore RD and Dadic R, which is currently in preparation for publication. The code processes the datasets coredata.csv and dokriani.csv which are also available on this account. It fits mixed-effects models and saves the estimated coefficients, then runs leave-one-out cross-validation on the fitted models and saves the performance metrics. It also computes the 95 % prediction limits for predictions.
