Figures 2-10 were created with Microsoft Excel for Mac (version 16.29.1). Final edits were made in Apple Numbers (version 6.1). The uploaded file contains the file for both software options. Figure 13 was created using metapost. The data and scripts to create the figure are also included in this dataset.
