Description
This is the Matlab-code used to simulate the model for activity-dependent growth and migration in neuronal networks described in
Okujeni S, Egert U (2019) Self-organization of modular network architecture by activity-dependent neuronal migration and outgrowth. Elife 8:e47966, DOI:10.7554/eLife.47996.
The development of the networks simulated is illustrated in Fig. 2 in this article and supplementary videos to this figure.
The code was tested for Windows 10, ver 1903 and MATLAB ( © Mathworks) Versions 8.3.0.532 (R2014a) and 9.2.0.556344 (R2017a).
The function community_louvain.m included in the files was written by Mika Rubinov, U. Cambridge, as part of the Brain Connectivity Toolbox.
