Use of Internet technologies in the practice of marketing communications of tourist enterprises in Ukraine

Description

The subject of the study is the use of Internet technologies in the practice of marketing
communications of tourist enterprises in Ukraine.

The purpose of the research is the use of communication strategies of Ukrainian tourist
enterprises on the Internet.
Research methods. The work uses the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the method of
analysis and synthesis, the comparative method, the method of data generalization.
Results of work. The paper presents the types of tourist resources on the Internet. The complex
of measures on promotion of Internet websites of tourist enterprises is outlined. The causes of
inadequate use of banner exchange in the practice of Ukrainian travel agencies are determined.
Conclusions. The results of the study were as follows. It is determined that Internet websites
of travel companies are the fundamental basis for implementation of the communication Internet
strategy of tourist enterprises. The complex of measures concerning the structure of expenses on the
Internet communications for promotion of websites of tourist enterprises in the network is presented.
