PUBLIC ADMINSTRATION OF THE HEATH CARE SPHERE AS A WAY OF INFLUENCE DEVELOPMENT OF LABOUR POTENTIAL OF A SOCIAL OBCJECT

The brief characteristics of medical and demographic status of the population of Ukraine is presented in the article, and also ways of state politics to its improvement is determined. The dependence of the labour potential of a social object on the level of its health is proved. Based on the results of the analysis of the respondents ' answers, the importance of the determinants of health in the system of labour potential qualitative characteristics is clarified. There are made conclusions about an ability to use the mechanism of public administration of the health care sphere for providing development of labour potential of a social object, and also ways to improve the content and practice of their usage are proposed
