Publications of foreign and domestic authors reflect a number of important practical and theoretical aspects of the development of the organic production (problems of agriculture, processing, realization, quality control in the field of organic and non-polluting agricultural products), but not deservingly ignore the urgent issues that require an early resolution. In particular, the regulatory and legal framework in this field needs to be clarified and developed.
