Symmetry detection in protein structures in the MemSTATS benchmark

This archive contains the output of multiple symmetry detection algorithms used to process structures contained in the MemSTATS benchmark. The algorithms can be benchmarked by using the MemSTATS data and scripts stored at https://github.com/AntoniyaAleksandrova/MemSTATS_benchmark (v1.1, dataset of 20 May 2019).

Note that to use the files without issues, your file system needs to be case-sensitive, i.e. it should be able to distinguish between a file named FILE.pdb and a file named file.pdb.
