Description

The archive contains the results of an analysis of assembly graphs built by Flye and Canu assemblers. It includes:

  • Comparison of 21 NCTC bacterial assemblies;
  • Comparison of 15 assemblies of different Drosophila species with the D.melanogaster reference.
  • Pairwise comparison of 15 assemblies of different Drosophila species.

The archive also contains a collection of scripts that can be used to obtain summary statistics for the results.
