Understanding how to Open Access in Research Projects. Meeting researchers' expectations maximum dissemination at lower cost.

This presentation (80% in English) tries to be a comprehensive guide for researchers working on Photovoltaics Research Area but also for any researcher interested in finding a suitable way for saving costs publishing in high impact journals while meeting Funders Requests. We analyze different Editorials, different Journals and how to meet Funders Requests considering three different legislations: R&D Projects supported by the Government of Madrid, R&D Projects supported by the Spanish Government and R&D Projects supported by H2020 Projects. It is important to understand that policies are not exactly equal within Europe, and while H2020 policy is able to save costs in some Editorials supporting cheaper Open Access, national and local policies are more restrictive and request researchers to spend extra-costs for archiving in certain types of repositories.
