This is the dataset used in the HESS publication "WHAT-IF: an open-source decision support tool for water infrastructure investment planning within the Water-Energy-Food-Climate Nexus"

The dataset describes the water-energy-food nexus of the Zambezi River Basin used as input to the WHAT-IF model.
