This Mathematica script was used to analyze the data from the confocal mapping of monolayer 2D materials, described in

While this script requires the input data to be in a specific format (see sample data), nevertheless, it can be used to be implemented on any other format as well. The algorithm has been explained in Supplementary Note 1.
