Reader pays or author pays? (20 reasons against plan S)

This Article describes my opinion about the implementation of Plan-S. By looking at it as "reader pays" versus "author pays" we can have a clearer view on this complex matter. I look at this dilemma through an engineering perspective. In my field Electrical Engineering we publish trough the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. Te world largest technical professional organisation, founded in 1884. IEEE is a non-profit and will suffer from the Shock Plan-S wants to create. I give 20 reasons why plan-S is not the way to go.
