The article deals with the problem of the experience of moral personality behavior in scientific and pedagogical research. On the basis of the work of well-known researchers in the fields of pedagogy, psychology, philosophy and sociology, the essence of the concepts is defined: "experience" (as a set of knowledge and skills acquired during practice), "behavior" (as the ability to behave in accordance with established rules), " moral behavior "(as a system of conscious actions and actions) that are analyzed as structural components of morality. The concept of "experience of moral behavior" is disclosed on the basis of an interdisciplinary approach as the ability to carry out actions and behaviors and to implement norms of conduct. The views of domestic scientists on the formation of the experience of moral behavior of the individual are analyzed and summarized. On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, the influence of morality on the behavior of the individual (approval and condemnation coming from outside the public opinion and from the team, the establishment of rules of conduct, binding to all people or only for certain groups and situations, the direction of morality containing the program behavior of the social subject in those aspects of behavior, which contains the spiritual relation of the subject to society, the group, to individual people). It is proved that the relevance of this study consists in a detailed study of the experience ofmoral behavior of the individual as a system of conscious actions and actions formed in the process of acquiring knowledge about morality and moral norms, gaining skills in their application in practice and the skills of moral actions brought to automatism through their own emotional and volitional efforts. The emphasis is placed on the fact that the experience of moral behavior is an important factor in the development of the person and its development and needs further research.
