ПРІОРИТЕТНІ НАПРЯМИ ФОРМУВАННЯ АНТИКОРУПЦІЙНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ УКРАЇНИ В СУЧАСНИХ УМОВАХ

The article analyzes the problem of the formation, implementation and development of anticorruption policy of Ukraine in modern conditions. Initially, the history of the occurrence of the term "corruption" considered and the scientific views on the definition of this concept analyzed. Then they drew attention to ways of forming anticorruption policy and how to implement it in Ukraine. As a result of scientific research, it has been established that there is a large number of definitions of the notion of "corruption". However, there is a definition of corruption in the two main values. Firstly, corruption is a certain social institution that negatively affects the development of society. Firstly, corruption is a certain social institution that negatively affects the development of society. Secondly, corruption is a general term that denotes abuse of office for personal gain. After defining the concept of "corruption", the article reveals the meaning of the term "anti-corruption policy", the peculiarities of its formation and development in contemporary social, political and economic conditions. After studying the conceptual-categorical apparatus, the peculiarities of the formation of modern anti-corruption legislation in Ukraine, the formation of state authorities in combating corruption, and the influence of civil society on these processes were disclosed. The main problems that arise during the implementation of anti-corruption policy directions in life are described. It also analyzes the attitude of the international community towards corruption and the processes of combating it in Ukraine and in the world. As a result of the study, the main problems concerning the development of anticorruption policy in Ukraine were identified and directions for the development of anticorruption policy in modern conditions were developed.
