- Bumped dependencies
- Only start services if app is in foreground
- Fixed source name filtering
- Clarified behaviour on full queue
- Refactored NetworkConnectedReceiver to use recent APIs
- Limit the amount of memory/threads for OfflineProcessor by creating threads using a shared HandlerThread
- Configure OfflineProcessor via a builder
