FIGURE 1 in Molecular, morphological and osteological differentiation of a new species of microhylid frog of the genus Stumpffia from northwestern Madagascar

Description

FIGURE 1. Phylogenetic tree of 210 individuals of Stumpffia, showing in detail the north/northwestern clade, based on DNA sequences of a fragment of the mitochondrial 16S rRNA gene (50% majority rule consensus tree from a Bayesian inference analysis). Rhombophryne minuta was used as outgroup (not shown). All Stumpffia species and subclades not belonging to the north/northwestern clade are collapsed since they are not the subject of the present study. Bayesian support values are given above branches (only values of 0.95 and higher are shown). Scale bar represents changes per site.
