Description

Theory of Tangential Geometry (TGS): A Complete Geometric Framework 
       for Emergent Spacetime and Matter

Description: We present the Theory of Tangential Geometry (TGS), 
a novel paradigm where photons are static membranes between a subluminal 
(3+1D) and superluminal (≥5D) domain. From their geometric network emerge: 
electromagnetism, global spacetime rotation Ω(x), and quarks as topological 
solitons. TGS naturally explains mass hierarchy, quark confinement, dark 
matter as network inhomogeneities, and gives IMMEDIATELY TESTABLE predictions:

1. Gravity modification: Φ(r) = -GM/r·[1 + 10⁻⁵ exp(-r/0.1mm)]
2. Specific spiral B-modes in CMB (Legendre polynomials l≈30-100)
3. Decay anisotropy: ~10⁻⁵ directional dependence
4. New hadronic resonances at 2-3 TeV (LHC accessible)
5. α evolution: Δα/α ~ 10⁻¹⁸/yr

Complete with mathematical formulation, numerical simulations of 
self-sustaining cosmological evolution, and detailed experimental proposals.
