OPTIMAN: Optimization system design

OPTIMAN is a project funded by the Valencian Institute for Business Competitiveness (IVACE) and the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER).

This document aims at defining the design specifications of the Optimization System of the Factory of the Future. To this extent, first we will analyze the functional and nonfunctional decomposition resulting from the phase of requirements analysis, and second the specifications of construction of the system from three different perspectives: (1) Big Data Infrastructure that supports the Techniques of Machine Learning, (2) Data Correlation Engine  and (3) Visualization Data Tool for the decision making of optimization and improvement of the efficiency.
