This article discusses some features of the emergence and development of the legal system of the traditional Kazakh society. Namely, a focus on issues relating
to regulation of the features on the Kazakh customary law of contractual relations
arising from civil revolutions. A brief description of these types of contracts, as a
contract debt sale, barter, donation contract, contract of storage.
