Supplementary Figure 2. Kallisto Nextflow pipeline. The native Kallisto pipeline is converted to Nextflow and composed of three processes. The first two processes call Kallisto to index the transcriptome and then pseudo-map for RNA-seq quantification, and the third one for Sleuth to perform differential expression analysis.
