Coffee capsule septum punching

Dataset of images in jpg format of the Espresso capsules of Illycaffè, acquired in-line to monitor septum punching step in a plant production line assembling coffee capsule bodies. The images are separated into two folders according to their conformity, one of good quality (OK) and one of “bad” quality (HOLE_NOT_CENTERED), where the distance between the punched hole and centre of the circular septum (whose diameter is 5.5 mm) was estimated to be greater than the conformity requirement (1.0 mm). Vision inspection system provided by Video Systems Srl allows the extraction of both septum boundaries and hole position to be able to perform such control.
