Description

Integrated population model (IPM) based on monitoring data (2014-2024) of the reintroduced Iberian lynx (Lynx pardinus) population in Extremadura, Spain. We performed a viability analysis of the Iberian lynx population in Extremadura and evaluated different management scenarios. Data and R + NIMBLE code from the article "Demographic performance review of a reintroduction project: Iberian lynx in Extremadura", by José Jiménez, Matías Taborda, Pablo Ferreras, Maria Jesús Palacios, Fernando Nájera, Jorge Peña, Marc Kéry and Michael Schaub.
