The report was prepared at the request of the UIL Library in UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning (UIL), Hamburg, Germany. The authors would like to thank the Directorate “Execution of Punishments” of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Bulgaria for the collection of the field data. They would also like to thank the Sofia University Science Fund for the research grant (contract No 80-10-9/16.04.2018) that made this report possible.
