On Herman Bavinck's Scientific Work

This is a translation of W. B. Kristensen’s eulogy for Herman Bavinck that Kristensen read at the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (i.e., “Over den wetenschappelijken arbeid van Herman Bavinck,” Levensberichten in Jaarboek der Koninklijke Akademie van Wetenschappen te Amsterdam, 1921–1922 (Amsterdam: 1923), 1–12). It presents an overview of Bavinck’s theological and philosophical life work: grounding modern science in Christian wisdom.
