Description

This archive contains raw data for the gas chromatography - mass spectrometry assays from the paper:
A chromosomal scale assembly of Tectona grandis enables discovery of natural product biosynthetic pathway genes key to development of sustainable teak production

Full methods are in the supplement to the paper. Briefly, Nicotiana benthamiana was transiently transformed with terpene DXS, GGPPS, and combinations of terpene synthase genes. After 5 days, the transformed leaves were harvested and extracted with hexane, and analyzed by GC-MS. The names of the files indicate which terpene synthases were used. All assays were performed as biological duplicates.

Subfolders:
Agilent: the raw data in Agilent ".D" format, the data converted to jcamp ".JDX" format.

jcamp: the same raw data, except in the text format JcampDX.
