Screen of OT-1 splenocytes against a library of H-2Kb peptides from the mouse exome
Description
RMA/S cells expressing a library of H-2Kb peptides derived from the the mouse exome along with control minigenes were co-cultured with activated C57BL/6 splenocytes or activated OT-1 splenocytes. After co-culture, the remaining cells were sequenced to identify minigenes that were enriched or depleted.
