Technologies of personnel management for shift workers (on the example of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia))

The Russian Federation has an accurate strategy of development of northern and Arctic regions, owing to geographical, natural and climatic features of the enterprise and organization will organize work as a shift method. The article is devoted to the analysis of the category of the workers working with a shift method. On the example of the subject of the Russian Federation is an industrial enterprise of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) research is conducted. Results of the research showed features of adaptation processes for the category of workers shift workers. Relying on results, practical recommendations of application of instrument and technologies of human resource management for an increase of efficiency and labour productivity are developed.
