Output reports Neisseria pipeline
Description
This repository contains the output reports generated by the Neisseria pipeline.
The example_report.zip archive contains a recent output report of the pipeline.
The all_reports_core.zip archive contains the reports for all samples and runs that were originally generated during the core validation.
The all_reports_extended.zip archive contains the reports for all samples and runs that were originally generated during the extended validation.
