Implementasi Business Intelligence Untuk Menentukan Tren Ekspor Perikanan Nasional Menggunakan Software IBM Waston Analytics
Description
The development of information technology makes the data more abundant and business competition
becomes more stringent. The amount of data that collected can make slow down in the acquisition of
information, so it can make less effective decision-making processes. Indonesia is a maritime country
with abundant marine resources. Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries is an institution that has data
about marine and fisheries in Indonesia in large size, one of them is data of national fishery exports. In
order for the data to be managed into valuable information, a BI (Business Intelligence) software is
required to be able to display a visualization of national fishery exports, so that it can become a reference
for market information analysis, as well as handling export barriers to marine and fishery products
abroad. In this research using one of BI software that is IBM Waston Analytics to be able to know
national fishery export trend.
