Introduction to Magnetohydrodynamics
Description
Magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) combines Maxwell's equations of electromagnetism with fluid dynamics to describe the large-scale behavior of conducting fluids such as plasmas. These slides introduce the equations of MHD and describe how each term in the equations represents a different physical effect.
