Description
Initial release of SACTOOLS repository. This is a group of stand-alone tools that act on Seismic Analysis Code (SAC) formatted files. This group of tools deals with conversion of SAC files back and forth between SAC and ASCII files, retrieving header information from SAC files on the command line, and same basic tasks such as stacking files.
