Description
The patent relates to the field of lifting and transport engineering, namely, to devices for detachable joints of elements of metal structures of hoisting machines, in particular, to devices for detachable connections of adjacent sections of articulated hoisting boom crane-manipulator installations.
Device for joining the sections of the lifting boom crane-manipulator, formed two pairs of lugs, each of which is fixedly mounted on the end of one of the metal connecting adjacent sections of boom made of thick-walled sheet metal and has a coaxial hole for loading the hinge pin to create a cylindrical hinge, and the hinge pin is made extended through the enforcement of the cylindrical shank of the hinge pin that has a metal ring, having the possibility of free sliding relative to the surface of the shank, and with the outer surface of the ring along its perimeter, the shock-absorbing elements located radially in relation to the longitudinal axis of the hinge pin and having a fixed attachment to one of the adjacent sections of the lifting boom of the crane-manipulator installation. It differs in that the damping elements are used as annular elastic elements. As an option, the damping elements are installed in parallel in two rows along the longitudinal axis of the hinge pin, and the damping elements in the adjacent rows are rotated relative to each other in the circumferential direction by half the angular pitch of the adjacent damping elements.
