Description

The author justifies the need to introduce and use intellectual cognitive technologies
(thinking technologies) in scientific research as a new option, as a tool for scientific analysis. As
a rule, new ideas about the world, about the social structure, about new conceptualizations of the
perception of the world and its cognition are formed on the basis of new ideas in nature. The
author gives factual material that testifies to the necessity of introducing such a technology,
referring to the original sources A. Koire, K. Jaspers, M. Foucault and others. The relationship
between the intellectual, cognitive and mental in the history of mankind is shown. Changes in the
theoretical section of cognition, perception of the world always have two cuts or a level. There is
an external one, which makes it possible to understand theoretical positions, ways of
argumentation and the like. But there is a deeper level – it is tied to the intellectual slice, to the
spiritual, which is expressed in the development of a new intellectual-cognitive framework of
knowledge. It will directly or indirectly touch upon the appearance of a new ontology of the
world, it’s physical, material, above all, justification. This leads to the emergence of a
completely new product of an intellectual nature – a new way of thinking.
Such an option deals with the interdisciplinary framework of knowledge in the analysis
of thinking, which gives us the opportunity to assert its transcontextual character. Relying on
intellectual-cognitive technologies, it is possible to explain facts and their consequences, perhaps
modeling thinking. An appeal to them makes it possible to understand why, for what reasons, on

the basis of which a special intellectual product is created that "forms" the vision and
understanding of the world.
Their formation is based on historically varied types of rationality, which emphasizes not
the static interpretation of thinking technologies. Such changes are most often associated with
the revolutions of intellect. This is the first position to understand intellectual-cognitive
technologies. The second position, a powerful foundation for intellectual cognitive technologies,
is the mentality. The creativity of any of the philosophers or scholars is influenced by the mental
images, attitudes, associations of his era. Finally, another factor as the basis is the philosophy of
discourse or the history of thought. The proposed option provides an opportunity to deal with the
transcontextuality of scientific research.
