Sekali Lagi, Soal Wajah Sastra Yogya

Description

It is difficult to determine whether or not there is a literature-Yogya. Feelings do exist, but which ones? Difficult to answer (spoken). Because of the answer needs (pointing) the evidence. So, most readily, he replied: Yogya's literature is "there" and "none". "There" because it proved many poems, short stories, and novels written by Yogya writers, published/circulated in Yogya, and read by the people of Yogya. But, if the language is used as a benchmark, of course, the literature-Yogya "does not exist". There is only Indonesian literature (if the Indonesian language) and Javanese literature (if you speak Javanese). So, exactly, there is Indonesian (Javanese) literature in Yogya. Supposing that in Indonesian literature there is a distinct Javanese Javanese insertion, or from it a nuance showing Yogya's features, I think they are either local colors or show a contextual nature. Of course, local color or contextual properties will not shift its position as Indonesian literature.
