ОРГАНИЗАЦИЯ НАУЧНО-ИССЛЕДОВАТЕЛЬСКОЙ РАБОТЫ В СИСТЕМЕ НЕПРЕРЫВНОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ

The academic research activities in the LL system aim to improve the quality of education by means of creating a multiplicative effect of bringing together all the participants of the educational process. It is noted that the academic research activities of the academic staff within the framework of a single educational complex provide a background for creative cooperation of all the participants of the educational process. The article highlights the role of the academic research activities of the academic staff in the LL system as a major component of the higher school functioning and a way to train a competitive graduate. With the aim of increasing the efficiency of the organization of the academic research activities in an educational and scientific complex it has been suggested applying a systematic approach and an objective and decision tree in the academic research activities in the LL system. Drawing on the example of People’s Ukrainian Academy, the hierarchical elements of the system of organization of the academic research activities in a LL educational and scientific complex have been considered.
