A model of the Na/Ca exchanger, its modulation by cytosolic sodium and calcium, and implications for astrocytic calcium dynamics. The model is based on the Weber et al 2001 model, with added Na-dependent inactivation as a Hodgkin–Huxley-type gating variable.
Reference implementation, simulation and parameter values. Figures from the paper are reproduced.
