Individual-based model used for evaluating cumulative effects of by-catch and noise on the harbour porpoise population in the inner Danish waters. This was the model used to generage the results presented in the scientific publication: Nabe-Nielsen, J., Sibly, R.M., Tougaard, J., Teilmann, J. & Sveegaard, S. (2014) "Effects of noise and by-catch on a Danish harbour porpoise population". Ecological Modelling, 272, 242–251. Please refer to this publication for the full documentation.

Please install the code from the zip-file to ensure that all the necessary input files are available and located in the right directories.

Version 1.1 introduces various minor fixes to make it run under NetLogo v.6.0, including updated names for the ship breeds, reset of timers, and handling of missing values when importing GIS files. Overall functionality has not been affected.
