Simulating the probability of detecting DMRs or Epimutations

Description
The probability of detecting a DMR (epimutation) increases as the number of available features increases, even at shallow coverage per locus. Horizontal facets represent percentage of ctDNA in the plasma and vertical faces represent the number of tumor-specific DMRs. Y-axes represent the probability of detection and X-axis represent coverage per candidate DMR site.
First run NewSim_10Iters.R and then Simulations_New.Rmd to get Figures 1A and S1
