Computational Modelling Services Help Desk - 2017 Statistics

Description

Provides some measures of the workload experienced in 2017.  The number of tickets, time to first response and time to closure are analysed.  Some tickets can involved detailed analysis, such as the analysis of performance on the GC3.1 coupled Unified Model as a function of the number of processors used.
