Description
The article is devoted to the analysis of operating modes of compressor units at the Novo-Angren thermal power station and the choice of a system of measures for energy saving and increase in the service life, resource and energy efficiency of compressor units.
The analysis of the compressor shop operation is based on the operating conditions of the compressor units.
To reduce the negative impact on the network and other mechanisms when starting the compressor unit, as well as increasing the service life of electrical equipment and mechanical parts of the units, it is proposed to use a modern transistor frequency converter with pulse-width modulation or a soft-start device as a start-up device.
