In this study, Apriori algorithm was employed to genetic sequence patterns of Aedes albopictus (Asian tiger mosquito, Skuse, Dengue fever vector) in native and invasive ranges. It has spread widely across the world from its native region, South-east Asian countries, to every continent except Antarctica.
