GTOC 9: Results from the Xi'an Satellite Control Center (team XSCC)

Description
This paper describes methods used by the team from the Xi’an Satellite Control Center (XSCC) for solving the 9th Global Trajectory Optimization Competition (GTOC9) problem. The removal of all 123 pieces of debris is accomplished using 12 launches in about 8 years time span, and the performance index finally ranked third in the competition. We refined our results after the competition,
and the improved solutions are also presented.
