This release has descqa at v2.0.0-0.4.5 (pre-release), descqarun at v2.0.0, and descqaweb at v2.0.0.

This release also contains the tests (v1/descqa) and the readers (v1/GCRCatalogs) used in DESCQAv1 (both at v1.1.0), as appeared in the companion DESCQA paper.
