Fieldwork session planner

I would like to share with any fieldworker the template I use for my sessions. It is very simple, and I am sure there are more detailed versions available. However, this one is simple enough and systematic to motivate me to fill on it every day, at the beginning and end of each session. I take special consideration of the people being interviewed and I encourage a self-critique of my performance as a researcher at the end of each session. This template is designed for Linguistics, but it can be re-used for other disciplines where there are frequent interviews or interactions with human participants.
