Pyozone: set of tools

This software provides to the reader/user with a set of python functions in support of the publication: "Historical tropospheric and stratospheric ozone radiative forcing using the CMIP6 database".  It comprises calculation of total and partial ozone columns, hybrid model vertical coordinates, or estimation of time-series a given latitudinal bands. The software illustrates how the intermediate sets of total ozone columns time-series shown on the publications were created, but it also provides additional tools used on other steps of the data-analysis of CMIP ozone forcing datasets.

The main dependences of the set of functions are: scipy, numpy and netCDF4.
