Description

The article presents the results of diagnosis and treatment of swollen scrotum and testicle syndrome in 357 patients aged from 1 to 18 years. The results of an ultrasound study on the causes of swollen scrotum and testicle syndrome, features of clinical manifestations, types and severity were analyzed. It was recommended to use a differential approach in choosing the tactics and method of surgical treatment depending on the condition. During conservative treatment, the importance of ultrasound in assessing the dynamics of testicular blood circulation and the types of lesions is emphasized.
